What we collect
Account details (name, email), onboarding and health answers you choose to provide (fitness level, goals, postpartum and safety answers), workout progress, habits, meal preferences, measurements, and progress photos. Financial details are handled securely by our payment provider — we never store your card number.
How we use it
To personalize your plan, suggest workouts and meals, track your progress, send reminders you opted into, manage your membership, and improve the app. We never sell your data.
Sensitive health information
We ask for consent before collecting health-related answers. You can skip any sensitive question with 'Prefer not to answer'. Progress photos are private by default and only visible to you.
Your choices
You can edit your answers, download your data, and delete your account at any time from your profile. Notifications can be turned off entirely.
Data security
We use secure login and password reset. This app is not claimed to be HIPAA-compliant. If you require HIPAA-level compliance, please consult a qualified professional before use.
